It is given by the Belgian Ministry of Employment and Labor to Those Who Have Thirty Years of Experience. ( Established November 7, 1847 ) The Emblem of the Workers Medal is Made of Oval And Silver. A Black Oval Area Surrounded With A Blue Enamel Coated Laurel Wreath On The Outer Border And Surrounded By A Red Enamel Border In The Center. The Medal Has A Gold Beehive In The Middle, A Hammer And A Compass Emblem. Above it is the Emblem of the Belgian Coat of Arms, Hanging on the Top with a Ring Along the Sphere of the Royal Crown. Its ribbon is Black-Yellow-Red, Belgium's National Colors.
